Pineapple with mint

Pare the pineapple by removing all the small brown spots. Cut the base and put on your feet. On all 4 sides, cut thin slices to the heart. Arrange the slices on a plate.

Put the mint leaves and sugar in a food processor and operate repeatedly until finely chopped. Sprinkle mint sugar on pineapple slices. Let stand at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
